My Story

Private Chef Experience by Arnis Ansons was built on a simple belief: exceptional dining should be personal, memorable, and created entirely around the people gathered at the table.

For more than 18 years, I have dedicated my career to the pursuit of culinary excellence, developing my craft through professional kitchens, leadership roles, and a deep passion for hospitality. Throughout this journey, I have learned that the most memorable dining experiences are not only defined by the food itself, but by the atmosphere, the people, and the moments shared together.

Over the years, my work has reached far beyond the kitchen. Through social media, I have built a community of more than 200,000 followers, sharing my passion for food, creativity, and the culinary lifestyle with audiences across Scandinavia and beyond.

My journey has also led to television appearances and my own TV project, allowing me to inspire and connect with people through the universal language of food.

Today, these experiences come together through Private Chef Experience by Arnis Ansons — a brand dedicated to delivering restaurant-quality dining in private homes, exclusive venues, cabins, retreats, and special events throughout Norway and Europe. 

My approach combines refined technique, seasonal ingredients, thoughtful menu design, and genuine hospitality. Every experience is tailored specifically to the occasion, whether it is an intimate fine dining dinner, a family celebration, a wedding weekend, a corporate gathering, or a luxury retreat.

No two events are ever the same. Every menu is created from scratch, carefully designed around your preferences, dietary requirements, and the experience you want to create for your guests.

My role extends beyond cooking; it is about creating an atmosphere where hosts can relax, guests can connect, and every detail feels effortless.
