My fascination with cooking has been a lifelong companion, guiding me through a career built on ambition, patience, and humility.
Throughout my journey, I've had the privilege to immerse myself in diverse cultures across Latvia, Thailand, and Norway. Working alongside some of the world's most acclaimed chefs, including Michelin-starred masters, has enriched my culinary knowledge and inspired me to continuously strive for excellence.
My experience spans the culinary spectrum, from opening innovative fine dining establishments and cozy comfort food venues to catering, buffets, and haute cuisine concept restaurants. I've meticulously crafted everything from menus to managing complete restaurant setups, ensuring every detail is perfect. Moreover, I've shared my culinary passion as the host of a national television cooking show in Latvia for over two years.
